5/20/2004 Rig up ICey Energy on well and pull all (2211') of 4th" long string .
5/21/2004 Cut 4th" short string at 172(Y and pulled 1T10' of 4th" short string. Set rant iron bridge plugs in both T' casings at 17(10'.
An MIT was performed on 9/8/04. The long string T' casing failed the MIT.
On 9/10/04, Cudd Pressure Control tripped and tubing to the bridge plugs and I Ialliburton pumped 256 sacks of Type G, 35% SSA-1, 0.2%
CFR~3, 15.6 #/gal, 1.55 ft3/sack cement m long string T' casing and 259 sarks in the short string casing of the same blend for a total of 515
sacks for the well.
On 9/13/04, the wellhead was cutdown and the 7" casings rapped.
