CEMENT ALONG 7- <br />5/8" CASING MINIMUM OF 250 FEET USING CLASS G <br />THIXOTROPIC CEMENT WITH SILICA FLOUR OR FOAMED <br />CLASS G CEMENT WITH SILICA FLOUR. WAIT ON CEMENT TO <br />SET UP FOR 24 HOURS. ADDITIONAL ATTEMPTS MAYBE <br />MADE TO BRING CEMENT TO SURFACE, INCLUDING THE USE <br />OF PACKERS, DV TOOLS, TRIMIE LINES, AND TOP DOWN <br />CEMENTING. <br />11. CUT CASING OFF AND INSTALL 7-5/8 BY 8-3/4 CASING HEAD <br />AND DRILLING HEAD. <br />12. DRILL OUT CEMENT WITH A 6-1/2 INCH BIT TO TOP OF <br />CASING SHOE. RUN CEMENT BOND LOG /DENSITY LOG FROM <br />APPROXIMATELY 2250 FEET TO 200 FEET ABOVE INDICATED <br />CEMENT. IF FOAMED CEMENT IS USED, USE CET OR <br />EQUIVALENT. <br />13. CIRCULATE OUT LSND MUD AND INSTALL A BICARB <br />SATURATED SYSTEM. <br />14. DIRECTIONAL DRILL NEAR THE TOP OF THE R-5. (SHALE <br />MEMBER BELOW THE OSMB .DRILL TO APPROXIMATELY <br />3600-3650 FEET, M.D. IF EXCESSIVE FLUID LOSSES OCCUR <br />NEAR END OF WELL BORE DRILLING, INTERSECTION OF 1-A <br />WELL CAVITY WILL BE SUSPECTED. DRILLING WILL STOP <br />IMMEDIATELY. WELL BORE INTEGRITY WILL BE TESTED BY <br />
