If no discharge omtrs during the reporting period, 'No Discharge' shall be reported. The DMR forms consist of four gaga -the top 'original" wpy, and thra attached no-carbon-required wpia. The Discharge Monitoring Report forms shall be filled our accurazely and completely in accordance with requirements of this permit sad the iastructians on the forms.
