Clarification and/or response to the adequacy letter requirements
are referenced by number to the corresponding item number noted in
the adequacy letter. A copy of this letter is enclosed for your
convenience.
1. Agreements between Duckels Construction, Inc. and Grant/
winograsky.

3. 100' buffer zone.
Duckels Construction, Inc. will observe a 100' buffer zone
between the Yampa River and the mining area. Mining activity
will not take place in this zone.
a. A haul road may be constructed along the south side of the
existing pond for access to the Grant/winograsky property.
This road may encroach upon the 100' buffer zone. However,
construction of this road will require only minor blading
to remove vegetation. The road will be covered with a thin
Iayer of native gravel. If this road is required, it would
enter the Grant/winograsky property though an existing gate
in the property line fence and connect to an existing road
on the Grant/winograsky property.
