4. Grantee further agrees to furnish Grantor with evidence
of insurance covering motor vehicle and contractural liability of
Grantee with an insurance company acceptable to Grantor, with
limitations of not less than $100,000/$300,000 for personal injury
or death and $100,000 property damage, which insurance policy may
not be cancelled except upon giving Crantoz ten (10) days written
notice of intention to cancel.
5. This grant of easement shall run with the land and
shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the parties
hereto, their successors or assigns;
