Thence North 0° 13' East 475.48 feet to <br />corner No. 2, <br />2. Thence North 68° 28' S6" West 537.78 <br />___ _ feet to Corner No. 3, <br />-- 3. Thence South 31° 32' 45" East 789.00 <br />feet to Corner No. 4, <br />4. Thence South 89° 47' East 85.71 feet <br />~;~ 1`t Corner No. 1, the place of beginning. <br />-~--- - <br />2. The roadway above described shall be constructed and <br />maintained in good repair at all times by Grantee at its sole cost <br />and expense. <br />,~ _ _.3.
