I Srormwarn Mawbm~rnr Pfan <br />Reporting <br />I Monitoring results obtained by Kaiser Steel Resources for the Reclaimed Chimney Rock <br />Coal Mine during the previous 3 months will be summarized and reported on Colorado <br />Department of Health approved discharge monitoring report forms, attached here in the <br />I Appendix. Kaiser Steel Resources will submit its quarterly reports by April 28, July 28, <br />October 28 and January 28 for the previous, respective quarter.
