Long <br />Division D~reaor <br />It has been brought to my attention that the Warranty Deed included in the October 23, 1998 <br />correspondence contains the incorrect legal description of the Tellier Gravel Pit. The <br />Warranty Deed depicts the location SE'/< NW %< of Section 17. The legal description in the <br />permit references the NE '/+ NW %< of Section 17. <br />In order to avoid any further confusion regarding this matter please either submit the correct <br />warrant deed referencing the NE '/. NW '/< of Section 17 of T6N R85 W or a statement by the <br />Landowner and acknowledged by a Notary Public stating that the Operator/Applicant has the <br />legal right to enter and mine on the above noted property (Rule 6.3.7). <br />Please provide the Division with either document prior to the Board Meeting on December <br />16, 1998. <br />[f you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call. <br />Sincerely, / <br />~~.~ r <br />Erica S.
