LochheaA <br />E~ecunve Dueaor <br />Michael B Lonti <br />Drvisiun Dvec~or <br />"structure, significant, valuable and permanent man-made" means anon-portable <br />improvement to real property which has defined current and recognizable value of <br />an economic nature; generally including but not limited to: buildings, houses, <br />barns, above or below ground utilities, irrigation ditches, maintained or public <br />roads, bridges, railroad tracks, cemeteries, communication antennas, pipelines, <br />water wells, water storage impoundments, discharge and conveyance structures, <br />etc. <br />The three structures noted in your letter include the old grain silo, semi tractor-trailer and <br />trailer house. Based on the description of the structures in your letter, they aze not <br />considered permanent structures as noted in the rule above.
