Upon the termination of this Permit, either by expiration of its term, or by failure of the <br />Permittee to comply with the conditions thereof, the Permittee agrees to fill, reshape and <br />restore the road, remove all structures and installations of any kind and to restore the land, <br />as near as practicable, to its original condition. <br />8. Violation of any term or condition contained in this Permit by the Permittee shall be cause <br />for immediate termination of this Permit. <br />9.
