LEASE
This Indenture, made this 1st day of November, 1976, between Robert C. McAtee
' and Marjorie L. McAtee, as lessors, and Game and Fish Club of Northeast Colorado,
the lessee;
' Witnesseth, that in consideration of the payment of the ren_ and the
keeping and performance of the covenants and agreements by the said lessee
' hereinafter set forth, the said lessors hereby lease unto the said le ;see the
' following described premises, situate in the County of Logan, State of Colorado,
to wit:
' A tract of land lying in the E'zSE~ of Sec. 28, T 8 N, R 52 W of the
6th Principal Meridian, Logan County, Colorado, said tract being more
particularly described as follows:
' Beginning at the SE corner of said Sec. 28, thence North 4° 33' 20"
West and along the East line of said Sec. 28, a distance of 1,675.0
feet to a point on the South Right-of-Way line of the Burlington
Northern R.R.; thence South 770 45' 40" West and along the South
line of said R. R. Right-of-Way a distance of 1,348.7 feet to a
point on the East 1/16 line of said Sec. 28; thence South 4° 43' 00"
E and along the East 1/16 line of said Sec. 28 a distance of 161.6
feet; thence N 860 00' 30" East and parallel to the South linE. of
said Sec. 28 a distance of 225.0 feet; thence South 4° 43' 00' East
' and parallel to the East 1/16 line of said Sec. 28, a distance of
350.0 feet; thence South 86° 00' 30" West and parallel to the
South line of said Sec. 28 a distance of 225.0 feet; thence South
' 4° 43' 00" East and along the East 1/16 line of said Sec. 28 ei
distance of 370.0 feet, thence North 86° 00' 30" East and along
the South line of said Sec. 28 a distance of 1,332.4 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 46.55 acres more or less,
i for the sole purpose of recreational hunting and fishing upon said pemises by
the members of the Game and Fish Club of Northeast Colorado, and such guests as
permitted by the by-laws of the club.
