Exhibit G
1. Any waste water that may be developed will be discharged
into those portions of the two lakes that have not yet
undergone final reclamation.
2. The elevation of the lake surfaces was a drafting error.
We expect both ].ekes to have an average elevation of 5008 with
a variance or 5 feet of so depending upon the time of year.
Exhibit H and J
1. The pine trees around the existing homes have been
preserved. They weren't mentioned in our revised plan,
because this area is technically not part of the application
since it won't be mined. Secondly, the owners who live on the
property did not desire trees to he planted around the lake
banks end the County concurred with this opinion. However,
the applicants did agree to the install trees along U.S. R5.
The species will be of a drought resistant deciduous variety
of 1 1/2" caliper, and will be planted in attractive clumps.
Exhibit L
1. The sandbar elopes we don't feel will add any costs since
this is a minor change that can be accomplished with the
dredge during normal operations. However, the reclamation
coats do need to be updated to reflect the addition of 54
trees along U.S.RS. On a wholesale basis, we can purchase
such trees for S25.00 or less, or a total of S1350.00. We
therefore agree to increase the warranty amount by $1500 in
order to allow for purchase of the trees and installation.
i.15:S.LET.54..R1.9A
