_. <br /> <br />3. Reclamation coats. <br />a. The coats calculated for reclamation are far less that it would take to <br />reclaim a site like this using commercial prices. For Pits having this <br />configuration, Z have calculated that it will cost approximately $1,400 <br />per acre to reclaim. By statute, the operator must bond for the maximum <br />amount of disturbance during any period of mining. As indicated above, <br />I have assumed 10 acres of maximum disturbance. A more detailed <br />calculation is included with this adequacy letter. <br />Unless the Division receives information to the contrary, we will set a <br />bond at $14,000. <br />4. Exhibit R.
