6.3.4 EXHIBIT D -Reclamation Plan <br />5. Based on a maximum disturbance of 7-8 acres, backfilling of 21,999 cubic yards of <br />overburden to 3:1 slopes, re-spreading 5,326 cubic yazds of topsoil, and re-vegetation of 9.9 acres <br />the Division has calculated a total reclamation cost of $20,200. (Please see attached reclamation <br />cost estimate). With these pazameters, it appears that the maximum height of exposed highwall <br />can be 30 feet in order for the operator to achieve the desired reclamation objectives. Please <br />respond. <br />Once again, I will look forward to your response on or before the June 16, 2004 decision date. <br />Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and additions to the pernut application must be filed with the <br />Division and the County Clerk and Recorder.
