A fifth <br />well, MW-5, was installed downgradient from the pit on May 22, <br />1997 and together with MW-1 and MW-4 was then sampled. <br />5) The revised, ie. remedial, monitoring plan now calls for <br />sampling of the three monitoring wells during the 2nd and 3rd <br />quarters of 1997 and, if successful, the required 5 calenders <br />of monitoring data will then be considered to have been met. <br />At that time the County will propose a TR setting numeric <br />permit conditions and points of compliance for groundwater at <br />the Landfill Pit. <br />The Landfill Pit is in compliance with State Statutes, Rules and <br />the Condidtions of its Permit at this time. <br />97N064 <br />
