If discharge from any appGcabk <br />outtaB contains mine water and/or spoik spring water at env time dtuing the appropriate mottitoring frequency <br />period (quarterly for outfalls 001, 005, 009, 011, 013, 015, 016, 017, 019, 020, 021, and 023; and semtamuelly for <br />outfa11002), WET testing is required during the period that these sottrces are discharged. Tests shell be done az the <br />frequency listed in Part I.B.1. Test results shall be reported along with the Discharge Monitoring Repoli (DMR) <br />submitied for the mpotting period during which the sample was taken.
