When any inspection identifies a concern or failing with the SWMI' BMP's, the identifying party <br />will notify those persons above as to the nature and severity of the concern or failing. The <br />identifying party will make recommendations for modifications and/or maintenance to the BMP's <br />and ensure the remedial actions aze completed in the shortest practicable timeframe. <br />5.0 Additronal SWMP Items for Sites Seeking Permit Termination <br />This section does not apply to this site. <br />(ti 0 Consistency with Other Plans <br />This SWMP is consistent with the requirements of other permits for this site.
