Box 21649 Denver, Colorado 80221 RE: Broderick and Gibbons - "Fountain Pit" Dur File 1181-307 ~Vt-e-v Dear t1z*63ch~: Z have completed my adequacy review of the application for a mining and I ~ reclamation permit for the above captioned operation. I have several questions and comments that I have organized on an exhibit-by-exhibit basis below. Any exhibits or parts thereof not mentioned are considered to be adequate at this time. As you know, before the Board can consider this application, our Division. must receive proof of the four sequential weeks of publication. As we discussed over the telephone, the publication must be completed soon enough for the 20-day comment period to ,pass in its entirety before this application goes to the Board. If this cannon be accomplished, the IIoard consideration will have to be continued from the February to the March meeting. The March meeting is still within the 90-day time period; therefore you would not need to request this continuance. Proof of notifications of adjacent Landowners must also be received by our Division before Board consideration of the application. Application Ztem 19 As per our telephone conversation, 1 have typed "affirmed" into this space on both copies of our application form. Exhibit A The north-to-south running eastern boundary of the affected land is given as 2,625.99' long in this exhibit. On the premining map in exhibit C it is given as 2,695.44' long. Which length is correct? Otherwise, the legal description matches up fine with the map. Exhibit C I. Reference my comments concerning the premining map under Exhibit A above.
