This date is 30 days after receipt of <br />C~~ <br />~q~ the first adequacy response from the City . <br />9 Extension of the decision date is allowed under Rule 1.5.1 of the Minerals <br /> Rules but is limited by Rule 3.2(4) to no more than 30 days after a change is <br /> made in the application.
