A blast report for each blast is required by the Colorado Division of Labor to be filled <br />out and filed at the mine site. This report should be available for the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology to review during each inspection. <br />The operator has committed to conducting seismic testing of each blast for some <br />period of time to establish the effects of blasting on the nearby residences. The <br />readout from the seismograph should be part of the above blast report and likewise be <br />available for Division of Minerals and Geology review during each inspection. <br />This concludes the Division's preliminary adequacy review of this application. Please <br />remember that the decision date for this application is June 11, 2002. As previously <br />mentioned if you aze unable to provide satisfactory responses to any inadequacies prior to <br />this date, it will be your responsibility to request an extension of time to allow for <br />continued review of this application.
