1 <br /> Permit from CDOHE for these activities. This permit will be kept active during the <br /> ' life of the borrow pit operation. <br /> Separate air permits will be required for each piece of portable screening or <br /> crushing equipment that is to be operated at the North River Pit site. Because <br /> ' the equipment is to be portable, each piece of equipment will have a permit that <br /> enables the machinery to be operated in various locations throughout the state. <br /> Prior to operation of any crushing or screening equipment at this site, the <br /> ' operator will obtain mobile air permits. <br /> Prior to operation of the portable asphalt plant on this site, an air permit will be <br /> ' obtained by the operator for batching of asphalt. <br /> State Highway Access Permit: <br /> Because the access for transportation of batched asphalt and processed <br /> ' aggregate will be onto State Hwy. 194, a State Highway Access Permit will have <br /> to be obtained from the Colorado Division of Transportation for legal access onto <br /> ' the highway. The operator will obtain such an access permit prior to <br /> ' development of the mining operation. <br /> ' State Engineers Temporary Substitute Supply Plan/Gravel Pit Well Permit: <br /> I ' As stated in Exhibit G, Water Information, an approved Temporary Substitute <br /> ' Supply Plan will have to be obtained from the Colorado State Engineer's Office <br /> ' 47 <br />
