1 <br /> EXHIBIT 1 — SOILS <br /> Soils within the proposed disturbance areas of the permit area generally consist <br /> of deep, well-drained sandy and loamy alluvium, formed on low terraces and <br /> ' bottomlands. <br /> The capability classification by the United States Department of Agriculture, Soil <br /> ' Conservation Service (SCS) and excerpts from the Soil Survey of Otero County <br /> (SCS, 1972), are contained in this Exhibit.
