In response, CNHP has
searched its Biological and Conservation Datasystem (BCD) for natural heritage resources
(occurrences of significant natural communities and rare, threatened or endangered plants and
animals) documented from the project site noted in your fats of 9 September 1998, per your
' request.
At this time, no documented rare or imperiled occurrences of plants or animals, including
Threatened and Endangered species, have been located in the area of interest.
While the information contained herein represents a thorough search of BCD,any absence of
data does not necessarily mean that other natural heritage resources do not occur on or adjacent
to the project site, but rather that our files do not currently contain information to document their
presence. Also, although every attempt is made to provide the most current and precise
information possible, please be aware that some of our sources provide a higher level of accuracy
than others, and some interpretation may be required. CNHP's datasystem is constantly updated
and revised. Please contact CNHP for an update on this natural heritage information if a
' significant amount of time passes before it is used.
Sincerely,
l
John Armstrong
Environmental Review Coordinator
e
Nature
' Conservancy®
