No screening or washing of the excavated material will occur. In any <br /> previously undisturbed locations within the South Borrow Pit Area, a scraper <br /> will initially remove and stockpile any topsoil/overburden to be used for <br /> reclaiming of the excavated pit. There is a pre-existing overburden stockpile <br /> that was created from topsoil removed from this site by a former owner.
