Topsoil/overburden will be stripped and stockpiled from the area designated <br /> ' as the plant site located in the northeast corner of the permit area adjacent to <br /> State Hwy. 194 (See Exhibit C). The existing house and outbuilding will be <br /> ' used as an office and scalehouse. The portable gravel plant (Iricluding <br /> screens, crushers, and stacking conveyor belts) will be erected. The asphalt <br /> plant will be erected near to the gravel plant. The access onto State Hwy.194 <br /> will be installed and developed to the required state standard. The interior <br /> ' haul roads and exterior haul road will be graded and improved. A culvert will <br /> be placed in the seepage/drainage ditch on the east side, and possibly in the <br /> central portion of the permit area, to facilitate hauling of washed aggregate <br /> ' across the ditch to the plant site (See Exhibit C). <br /> ' 15 <br />
