was reviewed and accepted by CDMG. Oakridge Energy provided accetable performance <br />bond coverage throughout the process, and the operation is adequately permitted and <br />bonded at this time. The details of the above historical events are fully described in <br />Appendix 3-5. <br />Oakridge Energy, Inc. received three notices of violation by CDMG in calendar year <br />2000. No other enforcement actions were issued to the Cazbon Junction Mine in the three <br />years prior to the issuance of these notices by any federal, state, or other regulatory <br />authority. No enforcement actions have been issued subsequent to these notices to date. <br />All notices have been abated with the submittal of TRl l . Oakridge Energy requested and <br />attended administrative review of the notices issued by CDMG. That process resulted in <br />the upholding of the notices and issuance of civil penalties. No further administrative or <br />judicial review has been requested by Oakridge Energy for these notices. Copies of these documents are included herewith as Appendix 3-2. <br />A 25 percent undivided interest in the mineral estate has been severed and is <br />appropriately conveyed to OEI.
