EXHIBIT L
Reclamation Cost Estimate
In order to calculate maximum potential reclamation liability to the State, we have selected a
point in time where the mining disturbance could be at its maximum. This point occurs during
the mining of Phase 2. At this time the interior mining face will be at its greatest length. There
will be shoreline (exterior wall) under reclamation in Phase I. Please refer to Exhibit D for a
listing of disturbed areas that total 9.25 (???) acres. This estimate will follow the same order as
the listing in Exhibit D.
Aspect Reclamation Operation Quantity Units Unit Cost Cost
($) ($)
A. Processing Area
1.
