Exhibit G CMLRB 112 Permit Application
Agile Slone Systems. Inc.
• The "Excess" water volumes can be changed and time-shifted by charging the gravel baz
with water in anticipation of the next year's water in transit in the aquifer. With this
water management technique, greater benefits or excess water to the Arkansas River can
be shifted from the first 2 yeazs to the last 2 yeazs of the simulation period.
Total Twin Lakes water releases as requested from and made by Agile will be allocated
to the replacement and recharge sub-accounts. The actual Twin Lakes shaze yield will be
used in any future computations.
Consumptive uses aze computed as 100% of the dust control water use, and 4% of the
stockpile water application per the State Engineers Office direction. Mine recharge to the
alluvial aquifer is computed as mine demand (total diversions minus Twin Lakes
recharge) minus consumptive uses, plus Twin Lakes recharge volumes. Returns via the
alluvial aquifer to the Arkansas River are computed using the Glover and SDF methods.
Mine depletions are calculated as mine demand minus returns to the River via the alluvial
aquifer.
Twin Lakes replacement water always equals or exceeds mine depletions, giving a zero
or positive net accretion at the River. "Excess" account water also provides a benefit to
the River. The Twin Lakes account always maintain a positive value.
• 4.6 Conclusion
Based on the information presented above, the Substitute Water Supply Plan for the
Pazkdale Project results in a net benefit to the Arkansas River during the 5 yeaz Plan
operation.
• 14
