Exhibit "G" Water Information
o~`~'' ".~,,,
i. Water for dust control will be obtained from the Colorado River or purchase T
from the Town of DeBeque.
2. We must comply with the Army Corps of Engineers permit. The section L, page 5
refers to the 175' berm. At the time that mining has proceeded to the point
that the berm between the river and the pit is down to 175' in width, then the dk
area behind that berm will not be dewatered during the high water period.
Normally dewatering will not be done in any location of the pit during this time.
The first year of operation, however, is planned to dewater and extract in the
north and east corner during the early summer. This will comply with the re-
quirements of the Corps of Engineers permit.
Exhibit "H" Wildlife Information
<~ ~~
1. The 50' undistrubed area is on one side of the slough only. The undistrubed
area between the river and the pit was increased from 100' standard recommendation
to 175' which is greater greenbelt area than the 50' area adjacent to the slough.
If the Mined Land Reclamation requires that 75' berm around this area it`'7yeS
will be provided.
Exhibit "I"(Soils)
1. Location of the overburden stockpile will be immediately adjacent to the
area excavated. The overburden will be replaced within a one year period which' ~
is too short to practically achieve stabilization by revegetation. ti ~_~ ;;
Exhibit "L"
1. a.
