You may <br />respond on a point-by-point basis in the order given below. <br />Exhibit A - Legal Description <br />Give the Iega1 description to the nearest quarter-quarter section (Rule 2.12(1)). <br />Exhibit C - Pre-Mining Plan <br />1. Is the area encompassed within the fenceline the actual 20 acres of <br />the proposed permit area? If so, I assume the Fence marks the limits <br />(boundary) of the permit area. <br />2. Please show the name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings, any <br />wells (oil, water, gas) and lines, power and communication lines within <br />200 feet of the boun~jaries of the affected area (Rule 2.12(3)(6)). <br />Exhibit D - Mining P.ian <br />1. Will crushing of~erations require a fugitive dust permit? <br />2. Will the topsoil from new excavations also be stockpiled to the South? <br />As a stabilization measure, broadcast the stockpile with 8 lbs./acre (pure <br />live seed) Western w)teatgrass. <br />3. Please indicate the acreage to be involved in each area and phase of <br />the mining and reclamation operations shown on your timetable (Rule 2.12(4)(d)). <br />
