The only building that might be constructed in the foreseeable future is replacing the
one on the pad that was destroyed by a plane crash. It will be constructed to house and
repair equipment used on the site with perhaps a small office complex. It will be built in
compliance with all current County codes and after submitting a proper TR.
Rule 6.4.6: Where sized material (limestone or dolomite) is mined and the extent of
the disturbance will dictate if a new or amended Reclamation Plan Map need be
submitted. If the disturbance is great, this definitely will be the case, however, as it is
quite possible that any mining will be another cut from the face, the overall appearance of
the premises may only suffer minor change.
Rule 6.4.14: [ am meeting with the Forest Service the first of next week and will work
out something acceptable to complete the permitting process.
Rule 6.4.19: I have already addressed this item.
Will be in touch just as soon as the final(?) submittals are ready.
Respec
//LYi L• ~ ~/,~ .~
cc.
