Sediment Ponds 001 and 007 water discharges were tested weekly for the parameters listed in our
NPDES permit. All samples passed the water quality parameter set by our NPDES permit. Ponds 002 -
006 never discharged. We had a small discharge from the newly reconstructed Pond 008 that passed
the grab sample field test parameters but we were unable'to gather a WET test sample before the
discharge stopped.
There was no significant storm events in 2000. All ditches and sediment ponds functioned properly.
Pond 002, 003, 004, 005, and 006 were basically dry throughout the year. Pond 001 and 007 continue
to discharge all year long and water quality is measured and recorded as per our NPDES permit.
Monitoring Results Attached? No
D.
