Frow this section it is under-
stood the stored waterial is a cowbination of A 8 B soil types
since the wort favored 'A• type is only calculated to be 6 i/4•
thick within the strip wine area based on the four soil sawples
taken. The subsequently generated topsoil is to bs routinely
redistributed over the back filled spoil as it is returned to
the pit area following the rewoval of the coal. As wining
progresses any topsoil not needed for redistribution is to be
added to the stored stockpile.
At the cowpletion of the Phase 1 operation if additional
• topsoil is needed for reclawation, in additional to that which
was generated during the wining, the stored topsoil can bs used
to cowplete the redistribution. Prior to seeding the operator
will conduct a soil analysis of the redistributed topsoil to
deterwine the viability of the soil es a growing wediuw. The
analysis shall include, but not liwited to, PH, Percent OM,
EC, SAR, N, P, K, Texture, and Saturation percent.
