The Board will be allowed to <br />question the staff about the specifics or die tails in <br />their presentation. <br />When the staff makes a presentation, <br />what it will consist of is a description of the <br />mining and reclamation plan as it was submitted to us <br />by Battle Mountain Resources, comments that we had on <br />that plan, and maybe any of the particular issues <br />that we had further discussion on which we were <br />concerned about and which we had discussion with <br />Battle Mountain. <br />So the staff will make a presentation. <br />The Board will have an opportunity to question the <br />staff. <br />Second would be that the applicant, <br />after we've made our statements, will have sn <br />opportunity to address the Board, and they also may <br />
