RENNER: My understanding is that <br />concurrent reclamation will be focused on the borrow <br />area and on the waste disposal areas as they are <br />created, so as they are creating the waste disposal <br />area, since there are lifts from the bottom up, you <br />can actually start -- there will actually !~e 75-foot <br />offsetting lifts so they can do some of the grading <br />in the earth where it's about the most expensive <br />part. <br />MR. HOLDER: What's the estimated life <br />of the mine then? <br />MR. RENNER: Seven to ten ycears. <br />I'd say probably closer to ten. <br />What I'd like to do is -- you all <br />have copies or have received copies of the eight <br />letters of objection that we discussed at i~he <br />.January Board meeting. <br />What I've done is I've revicewed each <br />~,of the letters a number of times and I have been -- <br />Tactually I have started responding to each of the <br />people individually as to their specific concerns, <br />comments, questions. <br />I think I've answered four of the <br />letters so far, and I'm working towards answering <br />
