JOUFLAS: Thank you. Si~.t down. <br />MR. RENNER: Okay. I'm Steve Renner <br />with the Mined Land Reclamation Division. I'm the <br />staff member who's coordinated the permit review <br />in connection with Camille Farrell, also of the <br />Division staff. <br />What I intend to do is give the Board <br />a description of the mining and reclamation plans, <br />describe to them about five major issues that we <br />identified during the review process, describe how <br />I think that we've come to resolution on those <br />issues, summarize the eight letters of objection <br />,which the Division received, and describe to the <br />Board how I think that we have satisfied some of <br />(those concerns. <br />My background for this position is <br />I'm a geologist. I went to school at Mesa College <br />in Grand Junction. I have been with the Division <br />for about four years, both in the coal section and <br />(the mineral section. <br />I have extensive experience in <br />
