ALL equipment <br />is [o be in good condition. <br />When poles are stepped, make use of <br />s~~ch steps in climbing. Pay particular <br />attention (on icy po Les) to each step. <br />When climbing a pole, an employee <br />should keep both hands free for climbing. <br />Poles shoo l.d be inspected for "ro [" <br />before climbing.
