The legal description of the permitted site is a 9.9 acre <br />tract that straddles the quarter quarter line of which about <br />6.0 acres are located in the NE4 of the Ne4 and 3.9 acres in <br />the SE4 of the NE4 both ir. Section 1-'f17S-R68W of the 6th PM <br />in Fremont~County, Colorado. <br />5 <br />Exhibits B & C <br />1. Excuse the typo, it is Dolomite rock. <br />2. Initial extraction will be confined to the upper exposed <br />x•ock out-cropping indicated on the map as "Steep slope previ- <br />ously mined" and the associated temporary benches identified <br />as the "lJpper work area", "Middle work area", and the "Near <br />level work area". All three of r"hese work areas are part of <br />t:he same mining act:it•ity above the barren steep slope and <br />rocky narrow canyon floor located along the eastern end of <br />t}ie south boundary of the permitted area. <br />In practice, drilling and blasting of the rock out-cropping <br />will proceed from east to west i.n these upper work areas. <br />Rubble material will be pushed over the canyon side slope with <br />a dozer to the narrow canyon floor below. From there it will <br />be further pushed 'to the canyon outlet, shown on the map, to <br />the location of the crusher which will probai~ly be located <br />on the lower level area immediately adjacent to the "unworked <br />ledge" at the r_anyon outlet (please see the locar.ions on the <br />map). <br />
