Please revise the reclamation cost, as necessary, to be consistent with the maximum disturbance <br />parameters identified in Item 5 above. <br />6.4.19 EXHIBIT S -Permanent Man-made Structures <br />10. The Division's review of the applicant's proposed setbacks and commitment to mine at a 3:1 <br />configuration when excavating within 200' of a permanent man-made structure is still pending. Any <br />review comments will be forwazded to the applicant as soon as they become available. <br />11. The applicant indicates on page 43 that along the property line the setback will be 25 feet; along <br />Powerline ROWS the dig-line will start 5 feet from the ROW line. The Division requests that the applicant <br />commit to identifying and cleazly marking the property line, Powerline ROWS, and proposed setbacks prior <br />to excavation. Please respond. <br />12. As a courtesy, the Division suggests that the applicant contact the various structure owners (Grand <br />County, Mountain Pazks Electric, & Qwest) prior to excavation and inform them of the <br />applicant's plans for setbacks and excavation. Please respond. <br />Once again, I will look forwazd to your response on or before May 19, 2004 to allow adequate time for <br />review before the June 7, 2004 decision date. Rule 1.8.1 states that changes and additions to the permit <br />application must be filed with the Division and the County Clerk and Recorder.
