Nauta Pit No. 2 application <br />File No.: M-85-184 <br />Dear Mr. Applegate: <br />We have reviewed the above-referenced application and have a few remaining <br />questions and comments. Please address each item separately, and in detail, <br />at your earliest convenience, but no later than January 16, 1986. <br />As is the case with Pit No. 1 (Mined Land Reclamation Division <br />File No. M-85-183), Larimer County approval cannot occur until <br />January 27, 1986. We do recommend further continuance of this application to <br />the February 26-27, 1986 meeting of the t4ined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Exhibit C - Pre-mining and Mining Plan Map: <br />fl.) Please amend this map to show all adjacent landowners. <br />/2.) The following significant, permanent man-made structures are within <br />200 feet of the operation: <br />~a.) Eaton Ditch <br />~b.) Union Pacific Railroad <br />Please provide documentation that the owners of these structures, or <br />any other structures within 200 feet not shown on the map, agree with <br />the existing and proposed setbacks from these structures. <br />J3. The permit boundary would logically include all of the access road and <br />should extend to Willox Lane.
