In this scenario, and a highwall width of 800 <br />feet in Phase 1 must be backfilled from 2H:1 V to 3H:1 V. For a height of 23 feet, this will require <br />the difference of 793 sq.ft (3:1) and 529 sq.ft. (2:1), which is 264 sq. ft. This area x 800 feet length <br />= 7822 cy. For the worst case, it will be assumed that Phase 1 will need to be dewatered. The Phase <br />2 acreage must be ripped, topsoiled and seeded. The shelf wetland of 0.40 acres must be created <br />and all topsoil must be replaced on the land from 5' below water level and above in a portion of <br />Phase 1 and all of the Phase 2 distwbed area. The entire topsoiled area would need to be seeded, <br />mulched and fertilized. This is an area of 3.9 acres.
