The standards for <br />quality, therefore, imposed on vendors ors the same as those self-imposed on <br />the laboraory. <br />4.1 Vendor's Requiroments <br />Containers of reagents, chemicals and testing supplies are marked with the <br />following information: <br />1) Name of material (Scientific and generic) <br />2} Vendors name and address <br />3) Vendors lot number <br />4) ~uaMity <br />5) Color code for storage <br />6) Expiration date <br />4.2 Laboratoryrs Responsibilities <br />1) Supply copies of a1! purchase ortlars far all tasting reagents, chemicals, and <br />tasting supplies to the QA +7fficer where they are reviewed to assure the latest <br />requirements are correctly specified. <br />2) Receiving documents are accompanied with Material Safety Data Sheets <br />(MSDS), and accompanying certifications that completely identifies the materials <br />~' being reCOived and documents quality. <br />ce <br />
