There will be very little pastureland left. Therefore, the <br />number of cattle on the property will be very limited. We do <br />-~ not believe it is necessary to do separate fencing above the <br />cut slope or to fence cattle ramps down to the water. Cattle <br />will only be allowed on the entire property when it is totally <br />reclaimed and released from bond. There simply is not enough <br />left over pasture that any cattle put on the property could <br />damage any of the side slopes. <br />The operator will test the respread topsoil for fertilizer <br />requirements before any application and comply with the test <br />results. <br />20. The operator will replace in a 2 for 1 replacement ratio all <br />trees removed by mining. Exhibit F includes a detail of a <br />tree and shrub cluster. The operator will replace all trees <br />that have died after two years from the date of planting. <br />As we mentioned, there will be additional maps forwarded to you <br />under separate cover.
