Exhibit E - Reclamation Plan <br /> Not applicable at the time of this submittal. <br /> 10) All mined material to be disposed of within the affected area must be handled in such a <br /> manner so as to prevent any unauthorized release of pollutants to the surface drainage system. <br /> Acknowledged. Refer to Exhibit D- Mining Plan and Exhibit I- Soils Information. <br /> 11) No unauthorized release of pollutants to groundwater shall occur from any materials mined, <br /> handled or disposed of within the permit area. <br /> An appropriate Stormwater Management Plan is in place and available upon request. <br /> 3.1.6:Water - General Requirements <br /> 1. Hydrology and Water Quality: Disturbances to the prevailing hydrologic balance of the <br /> affected land and of the surrounding area and to the quantity or quality of the affected land and of <br /> the surrounding area and to the quantity of quality of water in surface and groundwater systems <br /> both during and after the mining operation and during reclamation shall be minimized by measures, <br /> including, but not limited to: <br /> Acknowledged. The operation will result in ponds. <br /> a) compliance with applicable Colorado water laws and regulations governing injury to <br /> existing water rights; <br /> The applicant has filed for a temporary substitute supply plan [a.k.a., augmentation plan] from the L <br /> Colorado Division of Water Resources- Office of the State Engineer. Additional information is <br /> available upon request. <br /> b) compliance with applicable federal and Colorado water quality laws and regulations, <br /> including statewide water quality standards and site-specific classifications and standards adopted <br /> by the Water Quality Control Commission; <br /> The operation has submitted an application to the Colorado Dept. of Health for a Stormwater and <br /> Processing Permit, and has a Storm Water Management Plan in place. Additional information is <br /> available upon request. <br /> c) compliance with applicable federal and Colorado dredge and fill requirements;and <br /> The operation is under review by the U.S. Dept. of Army -Corps of Engineers. There are no <br /> plans to affect wetlands, waters of the United States,or the banks or bed of St. Vrain Creek under <br /> this proposal.
