Method of seeding <br />1.Seed should be planted with a drill on all slopes of 33 percent <br />(3:1) or flatter. The drill must have the capability of handling <br />The kind and rate of seed being planted. <br />2. Seed may be broadcast by hand, by mechanical spreader, or by <br />Hydraulic equipment on areas that aze small, too steep, or not <br />Accessible for seed-drill operations. This specification does not <br />Provide for hydraulic application of seed and mulch in a <br />Single operations. <br />3.
