Tm MANZANO loam, 0 to 3 percent slopes, <br />This mapping unit occupies nearly level terraces to flood plains. <br />Manzano soil is typically ver dark colored and has loam textures to 60 <br />inches or greater. A fluctuating water table exists in this soil <br />usually in the spring. The water table exists in this soil usually in <br />the spring. The water usually stays below 4 feet depth. This soil <br />takes water well, has high water holding capacity and has moderate <br />permeability.
