EXHIBTT D <br />Reclamation Plan <br />Reclamation of the area will be oa going with sloping of the site at 3:1 or less as areas of the pit <br />have had all the usable sand sod gravel mined. Topsoil will be salvaged and stoclq~iled on site for <br />use in reclaiming the area >f no Mural growth occurs these stockpiles will be seeded with a fast <br />growing cover such as Prosso miller ~ other recommended seeding by the NRCS. Overburd~ <br />will also be stockpiled and treated the same as tbe topsoil stockpiles. <br />There is ao building on tha site, nor will any be erected for this operation, nor will any ponds be <br />left unless the Luidow~ should request it to hold water for livestock. The area will be rdurned to <br />open rangeland <br />Any area that is planted with the recommended seed mixture will have the topsoil and any <br />augmentation disked prim to planting sod allowed to settle. Seed wiU chisel into the soil and <br />crimped and covered with a covering of natural hay, or other recommend covering from the <br />NRCS. Grazing will continue in the area during the life to the pit. <br />EXHIBTT F <br />Other pernuts <br />A A.P.E.N permit will be the only other permit required and will be app8ed for Dace the <br />operation bas been approved and permitted by tbe Division, and Lincoln County. <br />EXHIBIT H <br />There are no municipalities with two miles of this operation The nearest town would be ICarval <br />Colorado approx 12 miles southwest. Best route to the site would be from Hugo Colorado South <br />on CR Hwy 109 to Hwy 94 theft east approximately 4 miles to CR 36 the'h mile north. <br />EXHIBIT L <br />There are no pemanent man made structures within 200 feet of the operation. Same owner of <br />land within 200 feet of the operation. <br />
