To cuter upon the pemtittee s premises where a regulated facility or activity is Wcated or in which any records arc required <br />w be kept under the terms and conditions of this permit; <br />b. At reasonable times to have access to and copy any records reyuircd to he kept under the [cents and conditions of this <br />permit and to inspect any moniwring eyuipntent or monitoring method reyuircd in the panmit: and <br />c. To entry upon the pcnnittee's prcmiszs in a reasonable nmmter and at a nawnablz time to inspect and'or imestigata. any <br />actual, suspected, or potential source of water pollution. or to ascertain compliance or non compliance with [he ('olorado <br />tVater Quality C'outrol Act or any other applicable state or federal statute or regulation or env order promulgated by the <br />Division. 'fhe investigation may Include. but is not limited to, the following. sampling of env disehar ~e and~or prove,; <br />waters, the taking of pltotogra hs. intcn iawiitg of any parson having know9edge related to the discharge penni[ or alleged <br />violation, access to env and all facilities or areas within the pennittce's premises that may have any affect on the discharge. <br />pemtit, or alleged violation.
