<br />Exhibit E-Mining Plan Map: See revised Mining Plan Map with the <br />following revisions. 1) The owner of record of the surface land <br />surrounding the proposed permit area i.s Carl Pantaleo. 2) Fences <br />to the west and north of permit area .are owned by Carl Pantaleo. <br />3) Southern Colorado Power is the owner of the powerline. 4) <br />Mining will start on the west boundary prpceeding easterly. 5,6,7) <br />The area where topsoil is stockpiled will not be disturbed. All <br />slopes will be mined at a 3:1 from existing ground. The bottom of <br />the pit will be at an approximate 1$ .gradient from west to east <br />providing for drainage to new stock pond location. Areas east of <br />pond location will be to gradient from east to west providing for <br />drainage to new stock pond location. Area to be mined will stay <br />south of powerline at a 3:1 slope. or flatter. The pond will remain <br />at the original location until .surrounding areas are mined. The <br />pond will then be relocated northeasterly at the lowest mined area <br />and be constructed with 3:1 or flatter slopes. <br />Exhibit E-Reclamation Plan Map: See revised Reclamation Plan Map <br />Pond will remain at original location until surrounding areas are <br />mined.
