<br />B. MONITORING REQUIREMENTS <br />3. Reporting of Data <br />PART I <br />Page 1P of 14 <br />Permit No. CO-0027154 <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Parts I.B.1 and I.B.2 shall be on a <br />monthly basis. Monitoring results shall be summarized for each month and reported on <br />Division approved discharge monitoring report forms postmarked no later than the 28th <br />day of the following month.
